Will I lose my files?
Before install we back up or transfer important data when agreed. We always confirm before touching disks.
Can I actually use Linux?
Most tasks feel the same: browser, email, files. We guide onboarding and support continues afterwards.
What about Word and Excel?
LibreOffice opens and saves common document formats. Complex templates may need a quick check — we are honest about fit.
Is it safe?
Linux updates in a controlled way and the threat profile differs from Windows. Basics still matter: backups and strong passwords.
Will my camera / printer work?
Most USB peripherals work immediately. Exceptions we catch before the order or on intake.
What if something goes wrong?
Included email support and the community help. Sparkki Care adds ongoing support when you want it later.
